How’s it work?

  • First, you start with a free phone call consultation to talk about how the program works, make sure it works with your schedule, learn about your goals, and how we can help achieve them. Then you’ll purchase the Initiation Week and we’ll get your schedule all set up, download the apps with you on the phone so you’re totally set up and organized. This call is anywhere from 15-30 minutes

  • Personal training session #1 - you’ll get a great workout with one of our coaches. We’ll greet you at the door, take you through the workout, give you your onboarding packet, and explain how Allegiate works during the sessions. Allegiate’s not like other gyms you’ve experienced and this first session allows us to explain some of the nuance so you have context about what’s happening and why. This way when the group sessions start. We’ll see if you’re cleared for Team (our more advanced program) or cleared for Strength and explain what that means.

  • Group Session #1 - You’ll join our members for a group session and experience what it’s like to train in a room full of motivated people, pushing each other to be better. This team chemistry, community, and competitive camaraderie are what make Allegiate special. And because you learned how things worked during your personal training sessions, you’ll feel prepared and won’t have to worry about holding anyone back or looking like you don’t know what you’re doing!

  • Group Session #2 - You’ll come back for another workout in the team environment. If you’re tracking correctly, this will be your 4th Allegiate workout!

  • Group Session #3 &4? - You’re gonna be sore after your sessions! 3-4 sessions per week is all it takes at Allegiate. Get your 3 practices. But if you’re feeling saucy, get your 4th class in! We recommend practice 4.

  • After your week, keep the momentum going. As an additional incentive to help you keep going, you can credit your Initiation Week Fee toward your first month’s membership! So basicially you got everything for free.

The full retail of this package is over $500 but you get everything for $99.

  • Yes — your 2 personal training sessions are 1-on-1 with a coach. They’ll assess where you're at and introduce you to how Allegiate works.

  • No pressure. You’ll still walk away with a great experience, a clear understanding of how we train, 2 programs you can do on your own, and some valuable tools. No hard sales.

  • Absolutely. But we will have to talk with them to get set up on the schedule. If you want to buy this for someone, book a call and tell us right away on the phone. We’ll charge your account and then gift it to them when we set up their schedule.

  • We’ll follow up to see how it went and, if you’re ready, apply your $99 toward your first month. If not, no problem — we’ll still be here when you’re ready. However because we want you to take action and help you make a decision to continue your consistency, the $99 credit is only active for 48 hours.

  • Unfortunately no. We used to offer that but customer feedback we got was there’s a lot going on with our program and one session isn’t adequate enough time.

  • 60 minutes, total body strength training. You’ll start with 10 minutes of mobility. Then the coach will explain the workout. You’ll do the workout. And then you’re done!
