Allegiate personal training is your solution. Here are the steps in our personal training process
Complimentary Consultation Call: We take the time to learn about you. What are your goals? What have you done in the past? Your unique physical and mental context is essential for a successful plan. We’ll also answer any questions you have about: the coaches, the process, pricing, and if we think it could be a good fit for you or not.
1x1 Coaching Consult and Screen: after your free call, come into our facility and get: 1) a free functional movement screen 2) a functional range assessment 3) structural balance test, and 4) body composition test. We’ll use this to assess range of motion, movement, previous injuries, and gain a deeper understanding of your unique physiology. Our coaches channel this information to craft your custom program.
Build custom program: We build you a custom program based on what you want and what we know will work best for you. Our head coach will use the information from our consultation call (your goals, what you want to accomplish) and the functional movement screen.
Execute your training: You’ll work 1x1 with one of our qualified associate coaches. They’ll help you execute your expertly designed program, motivate you to perform, and help keep you accountable to your training.
