Haven’t worked out in a while and want to get back into it? Coming back from an injury and need help safely getting strong again? Preparing for a specific event or competition that demands a perfect fitness plan?

Allegiate personal training is your solution. Here are the steps in our personal training process

  1. Complimentary Consultation Call: We take the time to learn about you. What are your goals? What have you done in the past? Your unique physical and mental context is essential for a successful plan. We’ll also answer any questions you have about: the coaches, the process, pricing, and if we think it could be a good fit for you or not.

  2. 1x1 Coaching Consult and Screen: after your free call, come into our facility and get: 1) a free functional movement screen 2) a functional range assessment 3) structural balance test, and 4) body composition test. We’ll use this to assess range of motion, movement, previous injuries, and gain a deeper understanding of your unique physiology. Our coaches channel this information to craft your custom program.

  3. Build custom program: We build you a custom program based on what you want and what we know will work best for you. Our head coach will use the information from our consultation call (your goals, what you want to accomplish) and the functional movement screen.

  4. Execute your training: You’ll work 1x1 with one of our qualified associate coaches. They’ll help you execute your expertly designed program, motivate you to perform, and help keep you accountable to your training.

after your call, the next step is the in person consultation with a coach

Expect the consult to take about 45-60minutes.

We use this in-person consult to get a clearer picture of your athletic/fitness profile, any previous injuries, and how we can best serve you.

How to book a Private Consult at Allegiate

  1. Select a date range below

  2. Make sure “All instructors” is selected under appointment type (not “black/gold”)

  3. Select appropriate location

  4. Select a time that works for your schedule (Doesn’t matter whether “Allegiate Black” or “Allegiate Gold”)

  5. Complete checkout. The Consult is free.

What is the PRivate Training Consult?

The private training consult is a 60min, 1-on-1 assessment with one of our Allegiate coaches. The aim?  To help us better help you. 

It will identify any restrictions, limited ranges of motion, and previous injuries you might have.  It will also assess structural balance, body composition, and baseline fitness.

This gives us valuable information on your personal physiology, and will inform how we craft your training program to best fit you.

The consult will consist of:

- Functional Movement screen
- Functional Range Assessment
- Asymmetry and other Data collection via: Nord Bord, Forcedeck, Dynamo,
- Body Composition test
- Structural Balance Assessment

The screen is an unbiased, un-coached assessment. Our coach will simply ask you to do a series of movements, each of which are graded on a 0-3 scale. Please note, we intentionally won't coach you during this screen because it's the best approach to keeping you safe. 

  • 0 = pain.

  • 1 = unable to do it with modification

  • 2 = able to do it with modification

  • 3 = able to do it without modification.

The Range Assessment will assess passive and active range of motion
The other data points provide baseline data to understand your physiology, anatomy, and guide and measure your progress.
