Allegiate will design your program ahead of time, and send it to you through our TrainHeroic training app for your smartphone or tablet.

PRIVATE TRAINING

Take the next step with private workouts.

Private training brings you a custom program and coaching that help you hit specific goals, build back from an injury, or prepare for a specific event or athletic endeavor. You can sse personalized training sessions to supplement group classes, or make them the basis for your overall program.

Before we work with you, we check in about the following:

  • Your fitness background, including previous injuries

  • Your specific goals

  • Body composition

  • If you’re coming back from an injury, or just getting back into working out

  • Functional movement screening

  • Supplemental workouts
