Your first workout is a one-on-one with one of our expert coaches. We use this time to teach you the movements, answer your questions, reduce confusion and intimidation, and make sure you're set up for success. This isn’t a sales pitch — it’s a real training session, designed to prepare you for the group experience and help you feel confident walking in.
2 Group Sessions $80 value
The team-environment is our secret sauce. Join our small group training environment where you’ll train alongside other motivated individuals. These sessions are high-energy, expertly coached, and structured to give you both challenge and support. You’ll experience the full Allegiate vibe: structure, camaraderie, and competitive fun.
1 Free Bonus Class $40 value
(Optional but Encouraged!)
You’re going to be pretty sore after your sessions! But if you want more? You get a bonus session to try another class — whether it’s one of our other core practices or a cardio-style session Practice 4. This gives you the chance to explore and make the most of your trial.
How’s it work?
Program Overview & Onboarding Call
First, you start with a free phone call consultation to talk about how the program works, make sure it works with your schedule, learn about your goals, and how we can help achieve them. Then you’ll purchase the Initiation Week and we’ll get your schedule all set up, download the apps, and do a quick program explanation so you’re totally set up and organized. This call is anywhere from 15-30 minutes.Personal Training Session
Allegiate is a robust strength & conditioning experience with a lot going on during the workouts. So to reduce intimidation, get you a good workout, and show you the ropes, your first session is a personal training workout with one of our coaches. The goal is to prepare you for success in our group sessions. We’ll greet you at the door, take you through the workout, give you your onboarding packet, and explain how Allegiate works. Ask questions and have fun! This first session allows us to explain some of the nuance so you have context about what’s happening and why. Plus, we’ll evaluate which program of ours would be best for you: Team or Strength.Your First Group Session
After you learned the ropes in the personal training session and got more comfortable with the experience, you’ll join a group session and experience what it’s like to train in a room full of motivated people, pushing each other to be better. This team chemistry, community, and competitive camaraderie are what make Allegiate special. And because you learned how things worked during your personal training session, you’ll feel prepared and won’t have to worry about holding anyone back or looking like you don’t know what you’re doing!You take 1-2 More Group Sessions
You might be pretty sore after your workouts! Depending on your schedule and how you feel, get 1 or 2 more classes. We recommend trying to get all 3 of the Team or Strength Practices. We encourage you to start this when you have a focused week. Though we can work with you on schedule, it’s best to fit as much of the week in as possible. If you get 2-4 sessions in a week, that’s all you need!

Absolutely. But we will have to talk with them to get set up on the schedule. If you want to buy this for someone, book a call and tell us right away on the phone. We’ll charge your account and then gift it to them when we set up their schedule.

We’ll follow up to see how it went and, if you’re ready, apply your $99 toward your first month. If not, no problem — we’ll still be here when you’re ready. However because we want you to take action and help you make a decision to continue your consistency, the $99 credit is only active for 48 hours.

We understand where you’re coming from but unfortunately, no. We used to offer that but customer feedback we got was there’s a lot going on with our program and one session isn’t adequate enough time. Trials felt overwhelmed and that it wasn’t the best introduction to Allegiate.
