We started Allegiate so more people could experience the strength & conditioning program we had USC football players & strength coaches. When we finished playing, we wondered why the programming, structure, and support we had as athletes didn’t exist. So we built it. Allegiate blends D1-level programming with expert coaching and a team-based environment. This is elite strength, conditioning, & mobility made welcoming, accessible, and safe.
Coach-led, structured sessions
Strength-first philosophy
Custom progress tracking on iPads
Built for consistency, not chaos
I’ve been a member of several gyms, but this one is by far the best I’ve ever been a part of! The focus on tracking growth is something I truly appreciate—there’s a real emphasis on progress, not just workouts.

After looking at other cities in the US, we got excited about the fitness community in Guilford and feel like Allegiate can be successful there. Another key reason we’re opening in Guilford is Tim (one of our owners) moved back to Guilford from Los Angeles 3 years ago to be closer to family.

Yes. The best athletes in the world have coaches to give them feedback and get them better. Though many of our members could do their own thing, they choose not to because they love the Allegiate environment, coaching, and not having to think about designing their own program.
